“Best place to stay in Hyannis, bar none!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 5, 2011

What can I say about the Seacoast Inn that hasn't already been said? It is an amazing place. Not just the great location (close to the ferries, Main St., and Transportation Center); not just the nice continental breakfasts; not just the absolutely clean rooms with micro-kitchenettes; but the way we were treated by the owners of this wonderful property! Terri and Al were more than accommodating; they insisted on transporting us to and from the nearby transportation center (P&B Buses, a review to follow). We came to Hyannis at 8:15 a.m. and had to get to the ferries by 9:20. They pre-booked ferry tickets (at a discounted price) for us to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. Not only were the tickets waiting for us upon our arrival, but our room was also ready, as was an invite to have a quick continental breakfast before our 3 block walk to the ferries. Terri provided a detailed map of the islands, brochures, separate listings for the best popular places for lunch/dinner on each island, and told us to take the number 13 bus to Edgartown once we arrived at Martha's Vineyard...a fantastic suggestion since Oak Bluffs was not a place I wanted to spend one hour in much less four hours (another review pending). We stayed at the inn for two nights and on our last day we wanted to leave for the transportation center around 1 or 2 p.m. Terri extended our check out time, drove us the few blocks to the bus center and provided us with chocolate cranberries as a snack for our two hour bus ride to Boston. We have travelled so many places in the world and never have I experienced such hospitality as this charming place. The Seacoast Inn may not have a pool or balconies, but it was great for us. This place has the friendliest, most accommodating customer service you could ever ask for. In my opinion, stay at the Seacoast Inn! You will love it!

We stayed here on our trip to Cape Cod on the recommendations from Trip Adviser. They were spot on. Terri and Al were amazing and did everything they could to ensure that we enjoyed every minute of our visit. If only every hotel was like this!

My wife, daughter and I stayed at the SeaCoast after carefully reviewing the hotel choices that Hyannis had to offer. After reading the reviews of the SeaCoast we decided to make a reservation and see what the hype (positive reviews) was all about. We could not have been more pleased. I have stayed at 5-star resorts but nothing compared to the individualized attention that Terri and Al provided. They went above and beyond to make our brief stay in Hyannis pleasant and unforgettable from offering beach towels and chairs to providing directions to local attractions. The SeaCoast was incredibly clean and comfortable. We were impressed by the size of the room as well as the decor. It was apparent that Terri and Al genuinely care about their guests and really seemed to enjoy working at the beautiful inn. I would recommend the SeaCoast to anyone staying in and around Hyannis. We will be back next year!

Our experience with the Seacoast Inn will stay with each of us forever - with a smile. We were treated as one of the family, even better. Terri and Al gave us a sense of belonging and security that we have never experienced with any other place we stayed at. Every suggestion from Terri proved to be the best one for us and she went out of her way to make sure we had all the information and directions we needed to make our outings go as smooth as possible. The Inn was immaculately clean, comfortable and within walking distance of many places to eat, shop and sightsee. If I ever get a chance to go back to Cape Cod there would be no hesitation of where I would stay. Thank you Terri and Al.

Wonderful stay, Terry and Al manage a really charming inn. They can give you every information you need (nearest beaches, whale watching, restaurants, everytthing): for exemple, if you go to the beach they can give you free of charge beach towel, chairs and also surf board.
The cleanliness is absolute: my wife compared our room to my mother-in-law's house (a famous cleaning maniac).
Absolutely recommended!!

Myself and a friend stayed in the Seacoast Inn for four nights. We had requested two single beds by email and were told these were unavailable that we would get a double room but if a twin became available we would be changed . When we arrived Terri said she had upgraded us to a king size room as the twin was unavailable which was really nice. The room was v big and v clean. We had a breakfast in the Inn every morning of which there was a wide choice. The Seacoast Inn was also v well located between the harbour and main st and in easy walking distance of the bus station. The best thing about the Seacoast Inn however, is quite simply the personal touch Terri and Al give it. Every morning they chatted to us about our days plans and gave us info and maps, they provided beach towels/chairs/bags at no extra charge and when one evening we felt like going to the cinema Terri kindly drove us there. I hope to return to Cape Cod someday and I will definitely stay in the SeaCoast Inn again.

The location and service were second to none. Terri and Al were great to deal with, communicating with us from the moment I considered booking 2 months before arrival! They gave us great recommendations, booked ferries (with discount) and provided us with beach chairs and towels, rain poncho's to borrow. You can't beat the location. A very short walk to the ferry port to Hyannis or Nantucket - only a few blocks to Main street. It was the perfect place to stay and explore the Cape. Our room was very large, very clean and comfortable. We would love to return and will stay here again.
