The room and hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. It was close to restaurants and downtown Hyannis. Since we were only there for two days, we left the "Do Not Disturb" sign up to decline maid service. To our pleasant surprise, they left clean towels and toiletries in a bag on our door handle. The breakfast area was very nice, too.

The only negative was the fitness center...I couldn't get the treadmill to work, but I never told or asked anyone. I was afraid that maybe I was too stupid to figure it out HAHA. I just opted for the elliptical, which was very nice.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want something a little cheaper on Cape Cod. It's clean, convenient, and comfortable.

Room Tip: There's no elevator, so If you have a lot of luggage, you might want to ask to stay on the first...

As other reviewers have said, this is a standard hotel in a decent location.

My husband and I arrived on Thursday evening where we were greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable staff member.

Our room was a standard room with a king sized bed. The bed was quite comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by this as I usually have a difficult time sleeping in "new" beds. My one complaint was that there was a slight odor in the room.

The breakfast was decent. It allowed us to not have to worry about what to eat after our morning workouts. We also appreciated the 24/7 coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.

It was also convenient to the mall, which was nice especially when the weather was less than ideal one day.

It was nice to have the outdoor pool on the one day we decided not to venture down to the beach. It was clean and there were plenty of chairs to lay out on.

If I were to stay in Hyannis again, I would most likely try to stay in the downtown area so we would not need to worry about getting a cab to drive us back and forth in the evening, but that is not a reflection on the hotel.

Room was spacious and clean-had a fridge and microwave which was unexpected included snacks and 2 waters. Included continental breakfast buffet was great...saved time and $$$ Front desk (Khalil)was wonderful with directions and suggestions. Located next to Cape Cod Mall. Overall great for price we paid on Priceline Express Deals.

Room Tip: We were assigned a business class room-very spacious.

Nothing fancy here but the hotel is clean and comfortable. Arrived at noon and was pleasantly surprised the room was ready. Front desk gave us a street map of Hyannis, where to park for free and best places to see the fireworks (checked in on July 4). The bed was VERY FIRM but not deadly, and we had a difficult time locking the sliding glass door. The bathroom was clean but shower felt a little tight due to the handicap rail. Great location, just a few minutes to drive into town or to the beach, and easy access to RT6. Perfect place if you're just looking for a clean place to sleep. Free breakfast with the usual continental fare (muffins, toast, bagels, donuts) plus cereal, scrambled eggs, pancakes. Free coffee and tea 24/7 in the lobby.
