If every small, independent hotel in the U.S. was like this one, we would use them all the time. Extremely clean, comfortable with genuinely friendly and helpful owners, the CCHHI's location is perfect. The property overlooks the harbor and is within easy walking distance of local restaurants, the town centre and the ferries. In our view, the Inn represents good value for money and we've already booked accommodation here again for a weekend in June.

The owners are SOOOO nice. The hotel is not new, but spotless. It would be a great place for a family on a budget. The breakfast is continental, which I prefer to those fake scrambled eggs and microwaved sausage. TV was fine, and I did not have any problem with the internet connection. Hotel is pet friendly with a charge ($25 as I recall), but be aware that the owner will ask if your dog barks. And probably a good idea so others are not annoyed. Dogs cannot be left alone either, also a good idea. We liked the owners more than the room, and liked the price better than the view. But a VERY nice visit.

This hotel is a little gem. We stayed five days I September 2014 and look forward to a return visit. The rooms are immaculately clean and we loved the little kitchens. The owners, Raj and Nina are lovely and helpful. We walked to the ferry and good restaurants. We can't say enough good things about the hotel!

I stayed at the Harbor House Inn for during July 2014 (sorry for the late review!). I booked this hotel for my sister's bachelorette party and was incredibly pleased with the entire weekend, from the actual book of reservations to the personal service we received while there. The owner, Raj, is very nice and accommodating. While most hotels down the Cape have a two night minimum, the Harbor House Inn did not have that which was huge as some girls could only make it for one night. We arrived around 11am on Friday to do a beach day and were only planning on parking in the hotel parking lot to walk to the beach (since we knew check-in was not until 3pm). However, upon our arrival Raj allowed us to check into our room, which was awesome because we had the car jam packed with stuff for the weekend and I didn't really want it all to sit in the hot car all day. Raj also offered us ice for our cooler from his freezer!

I booked one room for the first night - a "Deluxe Queen Mini-Suite". I was nervous about this because there were 5 people staying in that room and although it holds 5 people I did not want to be cramped. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how large the room was. It had 2 queen beds, a day bed, a desk, tv/tv stand, small table with chairs and additional sitting chairs and there was still plenty of room for bags and to move around! There was also a small kitchenette set off to the side with a small fridge (bigger than a mini-fridge) and sink and then a bathroom off of that.

I would classify this as a perfect Cape Cod hotel. It is VERY clean and you can tell the walls have been freshly painted. I am a very picky traveler and I cannot emphasize enough how comfortable I felt there because although not everything was brand new it was clean and well-kept. The hotel also has a small continental breakfast in the morning which is a nice addition to grab something on your way out for the day.

The hotel is also in a perfect location for all activities that people like to partake in at the Cape - the beach and restaurants/bars. There are several beaches if you just continue down Ocean Street - I would suggest driving as it is a few miles away and the parking rates are decent for daily parking. However, the downtown Hyannis area is certainly walkable (going in the other direction on Ocean Street). There are TONS of restaurants and bars in this area to suite everyone.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

We stayed at the Cape Cod Harbor House for one night so that we could catch a morning ferry to Nantucket. Location and setting can't be beat. The Harbor House is a gem. Raj and Nina, the proprietors, are delightful, kind and helpful in every way. They really want each guest to have a memorable/enjoyable experience. The property is well maintained with outdoor tables and a grill. I I am quite fussy about cleanliness and I must say, the rooms, bathroom, kitchen were absolutely immaculate. Raj also told us that before the season started, they had all new beds delivered. It was quite obvious. The beds and linens were very nice/comfortable. There is a small kitchen. Has every thing you need if you choose to cook/grill. He also said they plan to update the kitchen in the future. It's very functional as it is now and very clean. So refreshing to see the pride in the maintenance of this property. Would we stay here again and for a longer stay? Absolutely. Would we recommend to others? Absolutely. Thank you Raj and Nina for a delightful stay it the Cape Cod Harbor House. Anne and Bill B.

Room Tip: We stayed on the first floor. We had 2 double beds. The room was a great size. Plenty of space. A sm...

The Cape Cod Harbor House Inn is a perfect location for exploring this pretty seaside town. It is very clean and well managed. Raj, the owner and his wife Nina are on site and are very personable and enthusiastic about sharing their love of the area. Raj assisted us in planning our sightseeing trips, including arranging our ferry tickets to Martha's Vineyard on the last day of the season for ferry service. The motel is walking distance to the main street, where you will find the restaurant and shopping district, including the Kennedy Museum. From the upper deck veranda, we were able to enjoy the harbor view and since with motel parking, we were able to catch the ferry across the street and not have concerns about our car for the day. The rooms have flat screen TV's and kitchenettes, should you desire those amenities. We stayed three nights and could not have been more pleased. HIGHLY recommend The Cape Cod Harbor House Inn.

Room Tip: Upstairs rooms have nice harbor views with outdoor seating.
