I booked this Hotel as a Priority Platinum member through the hotel website. My friend and I took our children for 1 night for school vacation week. I requested and was given connecting rooms on the first floor. The rooms were beautiful decorated and you could tell that renovations to the hotel had recently been made. We had 1 room with a king, and one room with 2 doubles. The bathrooms were gorgeous with marble throughout and my kids enjoyed the HUGE shower almost as much as the pool! Nice big t.v. in the room as well as a sitting area and a faux leather ottoman. The room was verly clean as well. As a priority club member we arrived at 1:45 and were checked in and in our rooom right away although check in is normally 3pm.

The hotel was totally geared toward the kids this particular week as it was school vacation week. They had a pizza party, ice cream social and popcorn popping in the lobby. The kids had a great time. The pool is a nice size, and the lifeguards are very attentive. It always irritates me when children behave in a pool only to have the children who are running wild ruin their time. Well, the lifeguards did no hesitate to stop children from roughhousing or throwing a ball too close to other children, this was a good thing.

The hotel is also in a great location and I would assume in the summer down the cape would be nice. Would go back again for sure!

The nicest Holiday Inn that I have been a guest in. Newly renovated and beautifully done. The interior is very Metropolitan and contemporary with lots of marble and granite. My room was small but the beds were very comfortable. The indoor pool was very nice and very clean. The staff was very friendly and eager to help when needed. It is located in a busy shopping area. Great place but maybe not for someone looking for quiet old cape cod charm.

Perfect accomodations on Cape Cod. Hotel is incredibly clean, and the rooms are very well appointed. The bathrooms alone are beautiful! The hotel had a large pool area and courtyard. Upon enterining the hotel, it is clear that this not your typical chain property. The location, although on a busy highway, is really nice for those traveling throughout the Cape. It's centrally located between downtown Hyannis (for dinner) and Route 6 (for a daytrip to the Cape Cod National Seashore). One tip, use the road in back of the hotel to avoid Route 132 and the airport rotary when getting to downtown Hyannis.

Thanks Holiday Inn- Hyannis, MA, you made our first trip to Cape Cod a wonderful one!

We travel a few times threw the year and this Hotel is a very nice place to stay. The bathroon was so clean and the pressure in the shower was amazing i usually take short showers to conserve water but it was hard to get out because it felt like i was getting a massage. The pool was very clean alittle to cold for me but my husband thought it was refreshing for such a hot day. We have a little complaint the beds and pillows were not very comfortable. We thought the staff was friendly and accomadating to us. We would stay there again.

The hotel wasn't too bad and the staff were extremely helpful. The room we were in had been recently renovated so the bathroom was lovely. However the room itself was quite small and it was also quite dark and seemed damp (second floor room). The main problem for us was that we didn't have a car and found it really hard to get around. The walk was a long one toward Hyannis centre and the beach. We took the shuttle bus from outside Shaw's supermarket one day and went to Barnstaple (only one dollar). This was a lovely quaint place and we really enjoyed the beach.
We were disappointed though that the hotel was so far from the main area of Hyannis and the beach. We left two days early and returned to Boston as we didn't feel that we could really get anywhere very easily.
