Room 327 was large with 2 Queen beds, a small balcony, microwave and a very noisy fridge which we turned off and then emptied the defrost tray during the night. The most interesting bathroom ever with the toilet roll more than 3 ft from the toilet...need very, very, very long arms! Was OK once you realised and tore off some paper before you sat down! Breakfast was OK with lots of pastries, waffles, good cereal, boiled eggs etc and held in the swimming pool room. OK on a cold winter's day but might be a bit hot in summer. Staff were friendly and we laughed together about the toilet paper.

My friend and I stayed here for a week in mid-September. The staff was extremely pleasant and most helpful. The hotel was within a short walking distance to the Main Street. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Room tip: Be sure to ask what floor the room is on as there are no elevators.

I spend one the best night of my entire trip here. They applied a very good prize for what they had to offer. Even a laundry store is near by so really convenient for whom are on their way for a while. Breakfast was served by the pool area. I will definitely go back on my next trip and hopefully I can find the same helpful and smiling person on the reception.

My friends and I stayed at this hotel for a bachelorette party weekend in September. Although it is not on the main strip it is within walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and harbor. The staff was extremely friendly and the continental breakfast served by the pool each morning was extensive. Since it was off-season the prices I was seeing were cheaper than usual, but this hotel was the cheapest I found in the area. We had 3 rooms and although my bed was comfortable, a couple of the rooms had very uncomfortable beds. It is a good choice if you are looking for an affordable, clean place to enjoy Hyannis!

Stayed here one night. We went to Hyannis for dinner and the night. Hotel is clean, beds are comfy and the location is great for walking to just about anything you want to do. I would recommend this hotel.
