My husband and I just returned from a weekend stay at this hotel. I can't say enough about the staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff to the wait staff, everyone we met was extremely friendly. It is obvious that the management of this hotel values excellent customer service.

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. Our room had two queen beds, a desk, chair, window bench, and refrigerator. Everything was very clean and well kept. The new Marriott beds were very comfortable and had numerous pillows. We had a special bed & breakfast package because of our Marriott Rewards membership and it was a very good deal. (Probably because it is off season on the Cape). The mall was right next door as was the Christmas Tree Shop. There were numerous restaurants in the area as well. A previous poster mentioned the large amount of families with kids but we didn't find that at all. There appeared to be more adults than kids during our stay. I did ask for a quiet room and we were on the second floor at the end of a very long corridor. And it was quiet. We would certainly stay here again if we were in the area and I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

I stayed at the Marriott Courtyard in Hyannis after the nightmare that was the Hyannis Harbor Hotel (BEWARE of the Hyannis Harbor -- see the reviews!)

The folks at Marriott were wonderful. Our room was exceptionally clean, very comfortable and spacious... and overall -- very nice. The breakfast, though a little on the expensive side, has got something for everyone... and the location of the hotel is pretty good too. The harbor (for those who want to go to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard) is just a 5 minutes' drive away, and the Hyannis Mall (including a movie theater) is just next door.

The only thing you should be aware of is that this is a "family" hotel. That means -- you'll see lots of kids and teenagers running through the halls, and the pool will always be loaded with 'em...

So if you're looking for a romantic getaway spot, this isn't it. In all other respects, the hotel is excellent and exactly what you'd expect from the Marriott. I highly recommend it.

My fiance and I stayed at the Courtyard for one night and both thought that this was a very nice hotel. It is VERY clean and everything in the rooms is new. The rooms are spacious. Our favorite part was the pool - it is open until 10 pm (we went swimming after dinner) and there is usually no one there.

The only part that we disliked was the fact that breakfast was not included, but it is not a terrible thing - there are a million places to eat.

We were very happy with our reservation. Very nice hotel, completely renovated. Our room was a nice size with 2 comfortable queen size beds. We also asked for a rollaway and we still had enough room for our family of 5. Coffee available any time. Internet access in the lobby. Mall is right next door open to 9:30 at night. The Maid Service staff was friendly, said hi to us every time we came in or out. The hotel staff really does everything they can to make the stay great. We were there 3 days and really enjoyed it. Would definetly recommend this hotel.
