4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 20, 2012

Other than wishing there were more seafood selections on the entrees, I think Chloe's is wonderful. The meatloaf wrapped in puff pasty and the barrumundi were both delicious!

“wonderful food, exciting weekly options. one of best options in the hudson area.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 29, 2012

One of my favorite places to get an excuse to get a babysitter for. Their food is consistently wonderful. Exciting weekly specials, independently owned and operated by Matt. Who despite how busy he is- you will see popping about the restaurant. My only gripe is I wish they would open at 5 instead of 5:30 as that 30 minutes really cuts into date night and we often end up down the hill because that extra 30 minutes without the kids and with my hunny is very valuable :-);

“Frech gourmet= small portions on a pretty plate”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 20, 2012

Love the atmosphere but again...what's with the tiny portions on a pretty plate for big money??? When I go out for dinner, I like to leave the table no longer hungry, Don't you?

“Chef can cook, and what a mean caramel sauce save room!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 8, 2011

Surprising little bistro in a little quiet town. Chef can make duck sing, vegetable purees are silky. He prepared a very light and balanced seafood chowder meets bouillabaisse. Soft hint of thyme, light hand on the cream, really hearty but light. Duck is ALWAYs a must order here. And for dessert? Crepes, of course or any o e of the offerings with his made daily caramel sauce. Really worth a visit, chef IS talented. On a budget? Thursday $10 beer or wine and 1/2 lb angus burger!

“Chloe's is a gem. Great cocktails, great food, wonderful atmosphere”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 18, 2011

I am not easily impressed with most places. I live about 20 miles from this place, and I am happy I found it.
The decor is very charming, with a sort of French noir feel. The live music on Fridays has lways been very good.
The cocktail menu and beer selection are very sophisticated and the food is delicious. Especially the duck breast. Get that.

It is so hard for me to find a place I like anywhere around me and so it is worth the drive to go to Hudson and eat at Chloe's.
