The first time I went, it was wonderful. I was on the second level and had no problem at all I had free breakfast coupons which was a plus. This next time I went I was on the first floor- the first room before the lobby. Well, when I walked in, I thought it was great. Then I put something on the table and one of the legs fell off and the whole table fell. I was very disappointed. Well, I thought that was the only problem. Then I went into the bathroom- it had a horrible odor. No clue what it was but I ran the shower and it went away. So, I left to do some shopping at the mall. The next day I did some sightseeing and when I came back that night, my room was not made at all. I at least wanted fresh towels! Well, they said they would tell housekeeping to bring new towels. Well, instead, they sent a SECURITY GUARD who looked like he could never be one. They said to leave the old towels on the floor in the bathroom, which I couldn't walk in then. So, I threw them outside the door and went to sleep. The next morning they were still there. SO DISAPPOINTED! What happened to friendly HOLIDAY INN? Overall, the hotel is wonderful with the fitness center, pool, game hall, etc. Very convienent. So, the hotel was good, but mis-management made it go downhill.
