Simple, unpretentious, good, tasty wholesome serve-yourself food. Salad bar and hot bar. For nonmeat-eaters, it is fabulous, with delicious meat substitutes - lots of tofu, seitan, soy and various noodle selections and a gorgeous array of fresh, crisp salad fixings. I love their pickled beets. I love their various flavored tofu offerings. The salad bar contains things like marinated mushrooms, marinated huge fava beans, and more other goodies than I can mention. Their hot bar has a great selection for both carnivores and herbivores... fresh vegetables, indian dishes, mexican dishes... wonderful selection and you know you are eating fresh, healthful food. I have my lunch there often. And, it's a bargain for what you get... $7.99 a pound across the board. Lunch usually costs me about $5.00. Where else can you get such good food for such a reasonable price?
