Indoor pool and included breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly. Rooms clean. The kitchen in the room was a plus.

We spent two nights here mid May while visiting family in Worcester. Good location between Boston and Worcester. We had a one bedroom suite, clean and plenty of room for us and our one year old to move around. My only hang up was we made the reservation two months in advance (requested a crib), I called two nights before our arrival to confirm the crib and alert them to our late check in (after 9pm). They assured my no problem - but when we checked in....no cribs left.... The woman as the desk kept saying "We can get a crib tomorrow night" - not an option for us. I kept saying they needed to figure this out and finally, she sent someone to another hotel to pick one up. So we did get one which was good (but not without some hassle). They did give us a slight discount on the room for the inconvenience so I give them credit for that. Despite that, overall a good stay.

I made our reservation well in advance for a two bedroom suite..
A few days before we were due to arrive the manager asked if we
would switch to two single bedroom suites at the same rate. We
obliged and it actually worked out better for us. They left us a snack
bag with snacks and drinks as a thank you.

The rooms were very clean, the shower was strong, the free hot break-
fast was delicious, and the front desk staff very friendly and accommodating.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

I really enjoyed having the suite (all rooms are suites at this hotel).
There was a separate bedroom which was away from the door so that
you didn't hear any hall traffic. Only down side for me was that the pillows
were too fluffy which gave me a bit of a stiff neck - I am probably unusual
in that I like flat pillows. I am going to look for a Residence Inn the next time
I travel. This is a smoke free property!

Just off the Mass Pike and Route 9 this is a huge Residence Inn with hotel-like inner corridors and spacious rooms. Friendly, competent staff and great weekend rates.

We were visiting family nearby and chose to stay at the Residence Inn in Framingham, MA because of its price taking into consideration the type of room being offered and the free buffet breakfast. It was worth the money we paid.

We booked a 1 bedroom suite with sofabed and check-in was quick and easy. The bed in the "bedroom" was a queen size bed and the sofabed in the living room was a full size and could fit two regular size adults. The heating/cooling system for both rooms is located in the living room. The bathroom is connected to the bedroom. We proceeded to our room where we found it to be freezing (thermostat said 62 degrees). We put on the heat, but only cold air blew out. We left to go run errands. On our way out we asked for additional pillows and blankets. When we returned later in the evening, our pillows and blanket had been delivered. The room had warmed a little to 72 degrees. We shut off the heat and went to sleep. About 3 AM we woke up to find the entire suite freezing cold and back down to 62 degrees. We put the heat back on but it only blew out cold air. It was also very noisy. So, we shut the heat off again. This was the wrong thing to do. If you are staying at the Residence Inn in the wintertime, leave the heat ON. It gradually warms up over time. Also, I recommend you order a few extra blankets to use until it does warm up.

The room was fine and clean. No stains on the towels or sheets. We didn't have much need for the kitchenette, but if you are staying there for a few nights there is a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc. We will say that the TV in the bedroom was very tiny. Also, both tv's in the bedroom and living room were tube TV's.

We went for the free buffet breakfast the next morning. It was decent. There was bagels, bread, muffins, english muffins, make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, hash browns, wraps to make breakfast burritos, yogurt, milk (fat free and 2%), orange juice, cranberry juice, coffee, tea, apples, bananas, hot oatmeal, and 3 kinds of cereal (raisin bran, fruit loops and corn flakes). Food wasn't kept very hot, but was fine for a free breakfast.

Overall, our stay was adequate. Our biggest complaint was the heating system in the suite. It blows out cold air and only warms very very gradually. So, you MUST leave the heat on while you sleep or it will cool off completely. Also, the blankets are super thin which is another problem.

The Natick Mall (which is quite large and nice) is just a few minutes away, as is Walmart, grocery stores, and many restaurants. We used GPS to get to the hotel and it was easy to find.

The good
The hotel is quiet, inexpensive and rooms have kitchens

The bad
Very hard to find, and very poor service at breakfast. Food was never ready at 6am, kitchen personnel not concerned with customers or hygiene. At breakfast one morning, an employee called in sick so the substitute kitchen employee was late and discussed the other employee endlessly with the manager both of whom ignored people waiting for their food. Worst thing was while the employee and manager spoke the employee was holding a utensil and mindlessly rubbing it up and down the front of his shirt. He then put it in the serving area. I left without breakfast.

My bose brand noise-cancelling headphones were taken from my room (retail value $300) dollars. If you have valuable electronic equipment I would recommend that you leave them at the front desk or locked away in your car (hidden under a blanket). Working with the Marriott corporation has proven hard to manage - and the most I have been offered is a free nights stay (which does not compare with the loss of these headphones). I will forever mourn the loss of those bliss free days on airplanes when I could not hear children screaming.
