have visited several times, and the expirience is consistent every time. the latest trip was July 2012 to see Ted. Ordered tickets online and they are a bit pricy. They include a $5 credit but you have to pick up the voucher at the services desk which isnt really convenient. that is the only down side to the visit. there are two greaters, one is more a bouncer, to keep out those under 21, the other takes your ticket. There is a nice bar and the weekend staff has been there since opening which is nice. Inside the theater we sat in very large (think first class airline) seats, each with a small table attached and a center armrest with cupholder that could be folded out of the way. Waitstaff is there to take your order for drinks, a full menu and any candy or popcorn you want. the food is pretty good, we had the appitizer bento box, with a combination of fried apps. the creamed spinach wantons were the best. it also included a pretty good buffalo chicken nugget, and ok spring roll and fried cheese. Also ordered the fried shrimp app which had a very tasty dipping sauce. Waitress brought margarita which was very good. You can also flag the waitress by pressing a button at the seat. Move was funny. Overall I really enjoy the lux level, a good tip is to try and get the first row so you can lounge and put your feet up on the wall in front of you.
