This beautifully cared for property embodies what a vacation on Cape Cod should be! The location is perfect, its close to many activities while still being away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms and grounds are meticulous. The staff at all hours are friendly, efficient and accomodating. The entire experience was excellent. I have stayed here before and I will be back...don't miss this treasure !

Our family of three spent 5 nights recently at the Falmouth Heights Motor Lodge. What a find! We had a second-floor efficiency with 2 double beds and a balcony with an ocean view.
The room was clean to a standard rarely found at similar shore accommodations, especially given that we were well into the high-use season. While I expect to find the usual equipment in a kitchenette, we were amazed to find filters for the coffee maker, sugar packets, filled salt and pepper shakers, and even a bottle of dish detergent. This kind of attention to small details carried over to the big things. The buildings, grounds and pool are neat as a pin and laid out in a park-like fashion - great for families with kids.
In our previous eight visits to Falmouth we wanted to be across from the beach and didn't consider the Motor Lodge. What a mistake! The 5-minute walk through the back gate and down the lane is a small price to pay for this gem. But, don't tell anyone.

We stayed for one night in the "Periwinkle" room... the decor was beautiful, the manager was very pleasant, and the location can't be beat. It was a very short walk to the beach and local attractions. Great stay...

I had a great stay at the Falmouth Heights Motor Lodge. This is a very well-maintained property with expansive and attractive grounds. I stayed in one of the larger rooms not in the main building and it was very nice with high ceilings, very nicely decorated and comfortable.. it was much nicer than what I'd expected. The owner and staff are extremely personable and helpful. The location is very convenient: the beach, harbor and Martha's Vinyard ferry are each just a few blocks away and downtown Falmouth is a short walk. I can't say enough good things about this place and look forward to returning.
