“clean, roomy, great location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 19, 2014

Right across the street from the beach. Stayed in room 108 which has kitchenette
Which was sink, apt fridge, toaster, coffee maker, kitchen tables and chairs. Has plates and utensils

Bathroom as average size and clean.
Staff was pleasant
No WiFi
Small flat screen TV
Shared balcony with chairs. Bummer is the railing blocks some of your view of the beach and not private
British beer company attached to motel
10 minute walk to Martha's vineyard ferry and 5-10 minute drive to downtown Falmouth
Walls pretty soundproof!

If your looking for a place to relax and enjoy the scenery and beach this is a great place to stay

Room Tip: Room 108 or 106

Our family stays here each year for the Falmouth road race weekend. The inn is located right after the finish line and is great if you or someone in your group is running in the race. The people who work there are very accommodating and do everything they can to make your stay more enjoyable. It is not the most up to date place and does have thin walls in some of the rooms. There is a small courtyard area with chairs and a couple benches that is good for sitting and relaxing with a larger group. The AC in our room was pretty loud and the TV was very old which made for a tough time trying to go to sleep watching TV.

Bring right across the street from the beach and having a park right next door is very convenient. They do have two pet friendly rooms and if you bring your furry friend or your kids you have a place to play right next door. The British Beer Company shares the front of the building as well and that is a decent place to grab a burger. You can even order pizza from the BBC and pick it up.

Room Tip: 2nd floor rooms are a bit quieter and offer good views.

Spent two nights at the seaside inn and would not recommend this hotel. The basic rooms are very small, no fridge, no amenities. They do not even offer beach chairs. No breakfast. Rude at the front desk. Cheap plastic chairs outside the motel rooms. On the plus side the hotel is directly across the street from the Beach. Do yourself a favor and stay just down the road at the Admirality. they have beautiful rooms with flat screen tv, morning breakfast, pool and plenty of lounge chairs around the property. They have a laundry room and a vending machine for drinks and snacks.

We just completed our first visit to the Cape and spent 2 nights at Seaside Inn. Nothing special about the inn. This is an old facility and well kept. The air condtitioning unit was horrible. Too loud. There was a family of 6 staying above us and the 4 children were RUNNING all the time. Between the noisy a/c and noise above us, very difficult to get a good rest each night. The partial view was a look into the back of the resturaunt connected to the inn. Noise from kitchen fans ruined the view.
Some positives though. Resturuant was great and right on Falmouth Beach. Just walk across street. Wonderful beach and glorious ocean views once you cross the street.

Room Tip: Book the upper floor to avoid noise. Try to obtain a FULL ocean view room. Partial view NOT worth...

Great location was able to go to the beach and walk to some local places. I loved my ocean view room was able to see fireworks perfectly for the Fourth of July. Only complaint would be the beds were hard and pillows were not great. Rooms were clean and workers were really nice. I would stay here again the price was right.

Room Tip: pay extra for ocean view or deck it is worth it great views

We spent several hours around Falmouth looking for accommodation on a Friday afternoon which didn't cost a small fortune. The Seaside Inn staff were very welcoming and showed us a couple of room options.
The room was on the small side and basic, but clean and all we needed. The motel is right across the beach and convenient for the shops.
You'd be better off staying upstairs for a little more privacy and ask to be away from the back of the pub, just so you avoid the kitchen vents which can be a little noisy

The room was tiny but very clean. The bathroom seemed bigger than the whole room. The deck was big with a nice table, 4 chairs and an umbrella. Nice view. The walls were thin and we could hear every word the couple next to us said. I sleep with earplugs in, so this didn't bother me. We loved walking on the beach, and shopping on Main Street. Front desk personnel were friendly and informative. Will definitely go back!

Room Tip: A few rooms allow dogs. Wish I would have brought my dog.
