We found this campground on google search for cabins in Cape Cod. We
visited this place in August 2005.

We just rent a cabin. But we visit the entire site and everything is really bad.

The cabin is only clean one time per year..... no matter the number of customer who rent it.

When we arrive to the campground, we just found few advices: NO REFUD
for ANY REASONS (may be 3 or 4 pannels...) We ask to the reception to visit our cabin before to complete the payment....but they told us they will take the payment on our credit card even if we decide to
leave....(not a warm welcome after 6 hours driving.)

When we entered into the cabin...we see that everything is dirty:
black hands track on the walls - dirty linens - dirty fridge - full of old things from previous visitors on the carpet and also larges Cobweb. Really the dirtiest campground I ever visit in my live!!!

We ask to reception to send someone to clean (only because we can not
leave and take back our monney....) They told us they will send somebody tomorrow....We just purchased some cleaning stuff (to be able to sleep quiet for our first night).

The day after; we visited the public showers of the campground.... They just add towels on the floor and never clean.....Dirty - black -showers....May be they add 3-4 levels of towels on the floors around the shower....but don't clean anything.....

We was supposed to stay 6 nigts...but short our trips to 3 nights and
decide to leave....and rent another hotel out of the Cape....to Plymouth....(but we nevery been refund)

The campground in general is really bad : very very very small site for trailers, no pool, not clean......

My suggestion is really: find another better campground.

The only pro for this campground is the location near of the beach. (but you don't see the sea from the campground).
