With out a doubt, The Nauset House Inn afforded me and my family the most delightful Bed and Breakfast experience. Inn keepers Jon and Cindy are exceptionally warm and friendly .

Nauset House Inn is truly a charming, quality country inn.
Repeat customers come back year after year.
Read a book...take a bike ride...walk on the dunes...go on a Whale Watch.
Beautifully appointed accomodations.
"0ut of this world" breakfast.
Walking distance to Nauset Beach
You too will want to come back again and again.

We have returned here every year for more than ten years now for good reasons. NHI is always reliable: friendly, helpful owners and staff, great custom breakfasts (I am diabetic, and they will accomodate for you), clean and comfortable rooms, wine and dip each evening, walking distance to Nauset Beach, great shops and restaurants nearby ( they will recommend, call, and even make reservations for you) use of refrigerator, lovely yard and gardens (fresh herbs are flowers are used for breakfast omelets and garnishes), etc. What more can you say? It feels like going home each year. I highly recommend it!!

We have stayed at the Nauset House Inn twice before in the past. This year we decided to get away again to the Cape and had a perfect week at NHI, from the food and friendly people at the Inn to the beautiful weather. Mostly all who were there we're repeat customers coming back over 20 years or more and booking the same room for the following year whenthey checkedout. That says a lot about the charm of the Inn and the people who maintain it. We truly felt that we were with family and look forward to our next stay.

Room Tip: Rosebud room has a view of the ocean from the deck.

We returned to the Nauset Inn this past July after almost 25 years... Everything was just the way we remembered it. The Inn was the same cozy, comfortable and peaceful place. The owners John and Cindy were extremely hospitable and spent time helping to make our stay special by sharing stories about the Cape and places of interest to visit. Some of the highlights of our trip were introducing our grown children, ages (19 & 23) to the Inn, the owners and to beautiful Orleans and Nauset Beach. We also enjoyed the delicious full breakfast served in the dining room and looked forward to the home made muffins each day! We loved talking with the the other guests over breakfast. We stayed in Rosebud which is above the dining room and has a small balcony. Our adult children stayed in Sea Lavender which has twin beds. Each room was charmingly decorated and had a private bathroom. This Inn is an excellent choice to stay at while visiting the Cape and we can't wait to make plans to go back next summer!

the Nauset House is an excellent Bed and Breakfast. The owners are so hospital and welcoming. The rooms are very comfortable and extremely clean. Everyone is so friendly. The breakfasts are excellent and you are given a choice. This is a rarity with most B and B's. Our hosts also serve wine, cranberry juice and hor'dorves at 5:30 in the living room. They have menus for all the nearby restaurants and are very willing to make reservations for their guest.
We have stayed there many times and our experience is always such a positive one. I highly recommend the Nauset House.

Room Tip: There is no pool or fitness center

We've stayed at the Nauset House Inn twice now. Both times were fantastic. The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfasts are amazing, and the rooms are charming and comfortable. Everything is clean and well kept, and the pricing on the rooms is affordable.

They are an easy bike ride or walk to Nauset Beach (tip, if you go after Labor Day you can drive and there is no parking charge! The weather is still warm and there really aren't crowds). They are also in a good proximity to many attractions on the Cape, while still feeling peaceful and secluded.

We stayed in the Wild Strawberry Room both times. A nice size room with a Queen bed. Very comfortable. It did require sharing a bathroom, but the bathroom always seemed clean and tidy, so no complaints. They give you a bathrobe to use in each room. There is also a "wine and cheese" hour between 5:30 and 7, and you can get to know those who are staying in the Inn with you, as well as get info on attractions and restaurants.

I can't recommend Nauset House Inn enough. Stay there!

When our children were growing up we rented houses for our annual Cape Cod visits. One day it became just the two of us, and we found the Nauset House Inn. We've been staying there for years now, and wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. Stepping into the living room to check in feels like coming home. The warm and quiet hospitality of the inn keepers is so amazing. Each room has the feeling of charm and history of a lovingly restored, old seaside home. Our favorite room is the beautiful, big dining room where truly delicious breakfasts are served every day. I would never sleep in and miss the home made muffins, waffles, etc. Lovely choices! Not to mention the delightful company of fellow guests from all over the world! It's worth mentioning that NHI does not provide air conditioning, a pool, or tv! Yet it appears to always be at full occupancy. Why? Well, gorgeous Nauset Beach and the mighty Atlantic Ocean is right down the road, and we've never missed the ac. As for tv, we find it to be an amazing opportunity to unplug from our hectic lives, enjoy listening great conversation, and truly relax. If you try this wonderful inn you'll be hooked. We love Nauset House Inn!
