My husband and I spent 3 nights at this B&B and had no complaints. Anita and Joe were wonderful hosts. The room we were in was the private room at the back of the inn and it was on the smaller side but was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were wonderful every day. They always had a homemade baked good which were fabulous and some type of hot entree prepared by Joe which was also always yummy. The location was also good. It was near the beach, as well as, several restaurants.

We stayed in The Carriage House and could not have had a lovelier time. The living room and kitchenette were very quaint and comfortable, and the bed was totally luxurious. The whole suite was outfitted with everything we could have possibly needed. The view from the balcony was great and we enjoyed several breathtaking sunsets and sunrises at the beach which is just two blocks away. Joe and Anita were great hosts.

My husband and I spent a week at this lovely B&B, our first trip to Cape Cod. The owners are so hospitable and our room was very nice, with a private balcony. Homemade breakfasts were delicious and the grounds were like an English garden. A very peaceful and beautiful area down the street from the beach. We traveled there mid-September and the weather was very nice and the area less crowded than in the summer months.

Room Tip: We had a nice room on the side of the house with a view of the neighborhood; there are several rooms...

After reading some other reviews I feel like I will be repeating what others have said - but it bears repeating! This is a wonderful property in a great location and Anita and Joe (and Mark and Susan) team up to make sure everything is perfect! The rooms are lovely and the common areas are spacious and inviting. Breakfasts are terrific (how does Joe make that fantastic coffee???). Walks along the beach or shore road, miles and miles of bike paths (Cape Cod Rail Trail) very close by and a wonderful spot to come "home" to with tea and treats always available. Who could ask for more?

Anita and Joe are the consummate hosts. They offer a soothing and peaceful environment with truly lovely accommodations and delicious breakfasts that are in the works well before the sun rises each morning. Anita and Joe's loving relationship and their joyful approach to their work creates the energy that lifts a guest's spirit. You may arrive exhausted but you won't leave that way; you will drive away refreshed and plotting the next opportunity to return. Thanks A & J, looking forward to our next visit!

Room Tip: Suites are beautiful and spacious

My husband and I stayed at this sumptious B&B.It was almost end of season, but we were greeted like visiting royalty.Anita and Joe are the most gracious of hosts. It is yards from the beach and a beautiful vista of the Atlantic. The room had a tasteful Cape Cod decor,TV,glorious bathroom with jacuzzi. The facility is spotless and very quiet. As for breakfast,it was wonderfully prepared by Joe and his "sous chef" Anita. If you leave hungry,it is your own fault. We also had a nosh at night of the wonderful cakes and breads.Parking is doorside. The decor of the inn was tasteful and delighted the eye.Anita who is an actual actress was charming and beautiful and Mr.Joe, her perfect foil! What a wonderful, wonderful, time!

Room Tip: Top floors have a juliet balcony, second floors have full balconies. It was Oct.,we did not use.
