“People raved, we thought just ok”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 18, 2013

The hostess was not at all friendly. The waitress was unprofessional in her descriptions but nice enough. The food was bland. No one at our table raved about their dish and we each had something different.

“Nothing like it”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 2, 2013

A restaurant that has been said to have an "old cape cod" charm. Consistently good food. Fun waitstaff. More of a date night or 10 years old+ crowd. Not recommended for very small children, unless they have a good temperament and are willing to eat pasta. No kids menu. To the review that said, "tourist trap" must have been a tourist to write that. Many returning customers live in the neighborhood. Also to the review that said that you came back 45 mins later when Larry asked you to check-in in 30 mins... the restaurant is extremely busy and 15 minutes can make a huge difference. When there are cars lining the street and people jam-packed on the patio bench, it's really not fair to make the next party wait for 15 minutes! No reservations may seem annoying but due to high volume it makes a lot of sense... can't waste time waiting for reservations to show up. Menu options include seafood and Italian style foods, stuffed shells, steak, fish, clams, veal, chicken parm, and more... all meals come with a house salad and bread for the table. Mrs.Riley's chocolate rum cake is amazing...especially if you ask for a scoop of ice cream with it.

“This is a great favorite among Cape Codders, but we don't understand”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed December 26, 2012

the attraction. The service is mediocre and the servers seem bored. The food is uninspiring. Gina's doesn't take reservations so dining during the summer is a challenge -- one is guaranteed a wait. The only reason we eat at Gina's is because our friends love it. We can't figure out the attraction.

“Excellent food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 21, 2012

Only open weekends, an excellent restuarant in a funky, neighborhood, beach setting. Get there early or be prepared to wait...very fresh ingredients used in a somewhat limited menu. Friendly, quaint, you name the adjective. Drive down to the end of the beach road to see a different part of the Cape on the bay side. Could easily be one of your best dining experiences during your vacation. A little pricey for Italian, but more than worth it. And try the cake for dessert.

“Great linguini with white clam sauce”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 26, 2012

We had dinner at for the first time at Gina's while on vacation and my husband loved the linguini with white clam sauce. An abundance of fresh clams in the sauce. The best he ever had. I had chicken parm and it was good, but I've had better. Restaurant isn't large, but we only had to wait @ 1/2 hour for a table. I would recommend Gina's.
