I was on buiness in Dedham from England and heard that this restaurant is good. I am Chinese so I know what a good chinese dish should be cooked and tasted. i walked in and it was very busy. Sat down and wait for half an hour and the dish turned up. i ordered a Ho Fan noodle dish. the noodle is not soft enough and the sauce is not fresh. i understand the a lot of chinese restaurant has to modify the original cook to fit the western way and i have been in a western world for 15 years. However the main thing is no matter how you modify the cooking, it should just taste as good as its original version. it taste worse than a stir fry you get from a chinese takeaway in england with half the price.
I won't go again, no matter what. the Bamboo restaurant cross road near Holiday Inn is much better and that is an Asian restaurant as well.
