Our organization would order brothers frequently for our lunches. We unfortunately grew accustomed to their mediocre service and frequent bad attitudes that we began to consider it a normal business practice. However, it became too much to handle that we will never order food from this establishment again. After purchasing roughly 150 dollars a week in take out they had the nerve to insult two of our employees. Upon picking up our order they informed a member of our staff that they ran out of sub rolls. When the staff asked them why they did not simply call us back or let us know over the initial order they told him that "they do not take phone numbers" and that "he would have to just accept the fact that it would be on a pita and be happy about it". They said that "chicken kabob subs don't even normally come on sub rolls" even though that order was placed countless times prior and in their menu it says: "on choice of sub or pita". When he said he thought it was weird they didn't take phone numbers upon take out orders they told him "Why are you complaining and making a big fuss? Do you just want something for free? Is that why you cannot just accept the fact that your order is going to be on a pita". They were so rude that the staff just left the order in the window and walked out. When another member of our staff asked to speak to a manager they told her "they will not apologize and that it must of been our fault if they were disappointed with service".

We are disgusted with this company. They are arrogant and disrespectful. The food is mediocre and they are only successful because their is not much competition in the area. But beware, if you ever have an issue with them they will treat your business for granted and act like a bunch of cronies, running a Greek Mob behind the counter.
