This is truly a great B&B. Wonderful food, tremendous hospitality and
comfortable rooms. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that my husband and I had a great stay there on our honeymoon in Cape Cod. They shared recipes, printed directions and helped us plan daily outings. In a word, Richard and Joe are masters at this business...they understand how to make you feel at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet get-away at a B&B in the Cape!

We enjoyed a two night stay at Josiah Sampson House B&B that was beyond our expectations. The new owners made us feel very welcomed when we arrived. The house has the rich historical feel that is the essence of the Cape.
Our room was the Rose Room. It was decorated in a classic elegant style and it made quite the impression.
The gourmet breakfast is served at individual tables by one of the owners who has a culinary degree. They were fantastic! And the butler's pantry is always open for coffe/tea/hot chocolate. A refrigerator is available for guest use.
The owners were very helpful in recommending day trips and dinner restaurants in the area.
You will not be disappointed when you choose to stay here.

Our stay at the Josiah Sampson House was very enjoyable. The hosts were welcoming and accommodating. We found their recommendations of restaurants and activities very helpful. The room was spacious, clean, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfasts were delicious! It was one of the best B&Bs we have stayed in. We definitely plan to return for another visit.

This was our second stay at Josiah Sampson Inn. The new innkeepers have enthusiastically embraced their role with their own warmth and personal touch. From the wonderful breakfasts to the cozy rooms and attention to service, we were never disappointed. Located in a beautiful part of the Cape, the inn is a winner on every level. We wouldn't stay anywhere else.
