The New Bridge Cafe- located on washington st, in Chelsea, Ma 02150- was a terrible experience. My wife and I where there recently and as soon as we walked in, There was a bar you had to walk thru to get to the resturant part of this cafe , It was very unprofessinal and dirty looking , The people at the bar looked intoxicated and stared at us as we walked by wich gave us an uneasy feeling . When we finally got to where you wait for a table we had to ask the waitress to be seated. When we finally got seated we where given 3 rolls no water and no plates. It took about 5 minutes for a waitress to take our order and about a 1/2 hour to get our meals, The food was horrible and the restrooms where small and dirty and smelled like urine."It's a bar" not a place for a family to have a decent meal. Also when we received our drink's they tasted funny and was given a hard time when we asked the waitress for new drink's that where not flat. The owner was a very rued man too. My wife and I would never go back there again and want to relay this to people so that they do not have the same horrible experience.( A concerned cosumer thank you)
