My husband and I stayed here with a large group who held their annual meeting at the Radisson Conference Center.
The hotel and conference center are a few blocks from the interstate and there was ample free parking. The check in process went smoothly and the front desk staff were courteous and friendly. The room was typical for a Radisson. It was clean and had a nice updated bathroom, but it was a little on the small side. The hotel had a nice conference center and we were served lunch as part of our meeting. The food was very good for "hotel food" and the restaurant staff were very eager to please and accommodating. Our group also had a lobster dinner at the hotel and it was also very good with a very nice presentation.
I used the fitness center while staying there and it was adequate. It was a fitness center that had the typical equipment one would expect at a hotel.
My only big complaint about the hotel was we had to go through two separate rounds of key cards the first day of our stay before they would work without incident. The staff was very prompt in assisting us when this occurred. But it was very irritating and caused us to be late for a meeting with friends.
If we were in Chelmsford or traveling through, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I stayed here on business in Apr for 2 weeks and I dont have a bad word to say about the place. The staff where very friendly and efficient and the rooms where large and very clean. The food in the restaurant was very tasty and reasonably priced.
I would definately stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

I needed a place to stay overnight while my daughter was visiting Boston University. I chose the Radisson because it was close to my aunt's house in Westford, whom I planned to visit while I was there. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations! I was on the 5th floor in a nonsmoking room that faced the highway (the only drawback.) The room was very clean and comfortable. The linens, including the comforter, were brillaint white and fresh smelling. The tiled bathroom was spotless. The lighting in the bathroom was not optimal but that was a minor detail. The room had a sleep number bed, which was extremely comfortable. The staff was pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel but request a room away from the highway.

Hi, recently attended a Christmas Party here and it was terrible.. the cheapest possible wine, staff was clueless.. the renovations were actually dangerous, we had to climb over police tape to get into the hotel.. If I am ever invited to an event here, I will RSVP no.
