My office decided to order lunch the day before thanksgiving. We called it in, a coworker went to go pick it up, but when we opened up the bag at the office .... 1/2 of our order was missing. I called Panera and they put me right through to the manager, Steve. Steve was very apologetic and wanted to make it right. He asked if I could come back to get the rest of it, so I did. Upon arrival he came right over with the bag of our missing order and an envelope of money. He had refunded our whole order. This was over and above what I expected, but it was much appreciated. We will order from Panera again.
