My girlfriend and I spent three days, two nights at the Carriage House Inn in room 6, which is the last room in the three room carriage house. Jim met us at the door as we pulled in, and he and Val went above and beyond to make our stay, and everyone else's stay a memorable one. From voluntarily taking the time to go over a map of the area and filling us in on different sights, shops, and restaurants to see around town- to the fresh baked cookies every afternoon in the main house, we knew this was unlike anywhere we'd stayed before. The room was very clean, beautifully decorated, complete with an electric fireplace and sliding glass side doors that opened into the side of the yard that still allowed for lots of privacy. The breakfasts went above and beyond anything that I could have dreamed. My favorite was the eggs florentine our first morning there. Jim and Val are awesome hosts of a charming bed and breakfast. The question isn't IF we'll be back, but when!
