“Fabulous find, wonderful food; the lemon...”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 24, 2010 via mobile

Fabulous find, wonderful food; the lemon ricotta pancakes were light and fresh with big blackberrires on top. The coffee was excellent which in my opinion is very important for a breakfast cafe.
The chef is friendly and made my son a plain croissant.
This is a true gem and we will be back for more!

“my new favorite place for breakfast”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 18, 2010

the chocolate-banana french toast is to die for. the huevos rancheros with fresh avocado is better than any place in texas. and my friends' eggs benedict was perfect served atop brioche muffins. this is gourmet cooking in a fun, sunny setting.

“Excellent Breakfast - Refreshing Change of Decor!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 24, 2010

For anyone seeking a top notch breakfast in the Chatham area, head to Hangar B. Formerly known as Flying Aces and before that, Cloud Nine, Hangar B got a much needed face lift and consolidated menu without losing the homey feel.

With Cape Cod blue walls, shiny new floors, fresh white tables and chairs, and, I believe a wall or two elimated giving an open view into the kitchen, the restaurant feels airy and clean and the menu is right in line with the decor. With maybe a dozen or so selections, there are enough options without feeling overwhelmed and the quality reflects the menu size. I had the eggs benedict with an obviously homemade sauce, perfectly poached eggs, and homefries which were just crispy enough and perfect for mopping up all that delicious sauce. I am embarrassed to admit, I licked my plate clean in about five minutes. The loose tea they serve is also high end and the milk was cleverly served in empty salt shakers. Another nice touch which I didn't have room for is homemade smoothies - a great option for bikers stopping in for a healthy bite as the rail trail snakes around the airport.

Prices are a bit higher than in the past, but I am more than willing to pay a couple bucks more for freshness and quality served in a clean, inviting setting with views of the planes taking off to boot!
