“couldn't find it!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 10, 2013

after reading reviews, it sounded like there was ample signage, so we didn't bother to get directions beforehand... then we found no signs, so we drove around and found nothing, so we moved on...

“Seclusion”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 22, 2013

A walk that included the best of all worlds--a bit of beach, dune, woodland and water! There are quite a few steps to get up & down from the beach and sturdy shoes are a good idea.

“Seals and Great White Sharks - WOW !”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 30, 2012

The seal colony is thriving, and attracting the great whites for dinner. Scenic cruises available. Beaches on the northern part of the Refuge have good hiking trails, and you can view sailboarders on windy days from the beach, or the nearby bluffs.

“Close contact with nature.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 4, 2012

A beautiful spot which we visit every year. It has a small information center with very friendly volunteers inside. You can take a short or a long walk, as you wish. The nature is around you; forest, beach, ocean. You can see little crabs on the beach, variety of birds and seals playing with waves. Beautiful!
