“Awful experience.. Will not return ”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed December 19, 2014 NEW

This place is priced like a high end Italian restaurant. The food falls far below expectations. We ordered bruschetta appetizer... This was the same bread they serve with dinner with a tomato and excess cheese on top with marinara on the side ... Unacceptable. Ordered the baked stuffed haddock which is described on the menu as being stuffed with scallops and crab. Received broiled scrod with breadcrumbs... No sight of scallops and crab. The "manager" insisted this was the baked stuffed haddock. Maybe there is a reason why this place had no wait on a Friday night at 7pm. Will never return.

“Italian hospitality & love of food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 18, 2014 NEW

This was our second visit after our class on Religion in Ireland in West Yarmouth and we were in a celebratory mood. Previously I had the French onion soup and the mussels, an appetizer, for my main meal. Very tasty. Mussels were small and soft, which is difficult to achieve; they can become tough very quickly. Instead of white wine, the mussels were in a thick Parmesan and garlic sauce. Usual and a very pleasant change ($12). This time I had my standard--clams and linguine in white win sauce ($22). Took half home and just had it for lunch! Good dead! My guests had haddock--one was broiled ($24) and the other baked with mushrooms. Very generous portions. Both loved their dinners; each took half home. Neither of us like iceberg lettuce so the salads, although fresh, were not noteworthy, except the blue cheese dressing actually had blue cheese piece in it! We were celebrating so we had to have the ice cream, whipped cream and a rich chocolate cupcake-like things. Decadent. They have a full gluten-free menu. What's not to like?

“best bar deal around!!!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 4, 2014

we stopped in on a sunday afternoon for a quick bite to eat, sat at the bar and placed our order to split some appetizers. the eggplant fries are always fabulous, calamari is a winner, as is the mozzarella---all come with incredible house-made red sauce. also ordered the mussels----great also. huge portions---doggies bags.

pleasant surprise when our friendly bartender/server told us on sundays when the patriots are on tv------the appetizers are HALF PRICE!!!!! what a deal.

“Birthday Dinner”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 2, 2014

16 people for dinner. Drinks were very good, mozzarella sticks were good , clams casino very good ,chicken parm was good Veal Saltimbocca was good , Prime Rib was ok not great and small for the price they charge. Most people were satisfied but I think it could have been little better for what all the people say about it . We probably will not return for a while.

“Excellent food and service!”

We go once a week to get the Veal Parmesan! It is seriously the best ever. We love the bread and salad, too. Never disappoints. Always a nice wait staff!
