Unfortunately, Sammy's lacks competence when " busy" and gives HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
We ordered our office lunch from Sammy's today as we often do. We ordered 2 California salads for delivery. We only got one. When we called Sammy's to inform them of the mistake they were very apologetic and sent the 2nd salad down. This took a while but we understood. When we open the original salad that was delivered it wasn't a California salad, it is was a buffalo chicken. We called Sammy's AGAIN alerting then of the second mistake and explaining that we only get a half hour for lunch and that our half hour was way over .
The woman on the phone asked what she could do for us. I politely asked to have the correct salad delivered and that the amount of the salad be refunded by gift certificate. SAMMY'S"S REFUSED!!! We were told that they would pick up the wrong salad and bring a new one and that is all they would do because this was "costing a lot in gas". Sammy's caused us to miss lunch and then suggested "take it home for dinner."
I feel Sammy's should have done more to make this right.
