Stayed over night at the Hyatt place recently. Everyone working there seemed so nice and very helpful when we needed a cab and such. When getting into bed I realized they did not have any blanket or comforter on the beds, just a sheet. When I called the front desk they informed me that they didn't have any comforters left because they were 'so busy'. They offered me more sheets? Weird. I then went down to the lobby to speak with the manager who was awfully rude and gave me an attitude. I didn't realize I had been speaking with him on the phone before so when I got down stairs his words were "I TOLD you we have waffle sheets" (what the hell are waffle sheets?!) then looks at his employee and then says "see what you can find in the basement" umm no thanks dude never staying here again. Advice for the Hyatt place Braintree, fire your horrible manager and buy some extra comforters.
