Columbus weekend leaving the Cape on Friday night without a reservation and this place is right by the Canal rotary. Parking lot empty so we bargained down the rate. King bed comfy, room nice. Damp towel had been left on hook behind the bathroom door. Breakfast was minimal but there. Not a destination but ok for on the way!

10 of us needed to attend an event in Falmouth and most of the hotels were booked due to the Falmouth Marathon. The All Seasons Inn came to our rescue. The beds were really comfortable, the showers hot and the staff very friendly and helpful on many fronts. large selection of TV channels. The rooms were very clean and have both a microwave and refrigerator. The daily breakfast was great and the coffee delicious. All this coming from a motel. They have remodeled the outside and some of the rooms. Wifi was spotty at times but we always managed to find a spot where it worked. Very close to a deli, the IHOP restaurant and a convenience store.

Room Tip: Second floor rooms are quieter but there is no elevator.

The hotel and the furnishings were old. Price was $190 a night. A little steep for the condition of the place. Staff was friendly. Room, sheets, bathroom were clean. Toilet squealed like a pig when flushed. A/C was so high I needed a ladder to reach it (I'm 4'11"). Pool is in a dark building. Plenty loungers to lie on--but without a pool and sitting close to the main road it was a little odd.
Complimentary breakfast was quite nice. Bagels, toast, cereal, coffee, juice, boiled eggs, yogurt.

The hotel is old, but we found this was à good ratio quality versus price.
The room 110 was clean, the king bed confortable, the bathroom as well. We even enjoyed the inside pool and Spa . We were scared after reading other comments, but finaly we recommend to those who do not like crowdy area as there where few customers, and who do not care being in old and desuet hotel .

The staff was amazing, very helpful. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was nice and big with very hot water that didn't run out in 2 seconds. The bed was very comfortable. Went out for the day and came back to a freshly cleaned room and the bed was made. Nicely located right over the Bourne Bridge. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Opened until 10pm.

My son and I stayed there for one night. The price was much lower than the surrounding hotels/motels so I wasn't expecting a lot. Overall, the room was clean and quiet. The A/C and wifi worked great. Didn't try the breakfast since we wanted to get going to MV. The front desk guy was friendly enough.

Our room was smelly and unhealthy. There were animals in the walls, keeping us awake. Don't recommend this place at all. Overpriced for what we got. We found out afterwards there was breakfast included but the clerk at the desk never mentioned this to us.
