dont let the photos on line fool you! the pool and common area are ok but we really did not hang out at the hotel all too much! the rooms were in desperate need of some updating! the staff pretty much does not speak english so good luck with that. in our room the air conditioning did not work - they could not move us to another room nor could they fix it; instead we were ever so lucky for them to bring in a fan that had so much dirt and grime on it - he did try to clean it up a bit to no avail. a friend was charged for 2 rooms and we are currently arguing that charge! will not return there.

We were looking for a room near Lexington and since AAA listed hotel we called to inquire availability. We weren’t sure if we would be in the area that night or the next so we asked about cancellation. The person on the phone stated that as long as we canceled by check in we wouldn’t be charged. When we arrived the exterior was a little alarming, the best way to describe is to picture a housing project in the ghetto. Once inside the alarm bells were sounding even louder. There was an unidentifiable smell, the lobby area was filthy and the clerks on duty were as unkempt as the rest oft he establishment. We did arrive before check in so we asked if we could check in early or leave our bags, the clerk advised us that it would be a $25.00 bag check fee. When asked about late checkout the response was one minute after check out time we would charged another day. After adding all the above up we decided not to stay but they still charged me $50.00 for a cancellation fee

it was very lovely and quiet atm there. The staff was so friendly. the service was ok. i read other reviews but i didn't have any problem there. the swimming pool usually closes at 9 but we requested them for extra hour and they said yes!!!
the breakfast was good enough, what somebody can except in continental breakfast!!!

We booked this room for a weekend in Boston. I live in Western Mass and we wanted to have a girls weekend, so all we needed was a decent but not very expensive place to sleep. I had serious doubts when I saw the price (about $50 per night) and I thought there must be something wrong with this place. Well, I was in for a very pleasant surprise: the place was newly renovated and our room very large and clean.

We were initially put in a room with a defective window, but were given another room right away. The staff was very friendly, and also helped me with the free Internet connection. They were more than willing to give us suggestions about good clubs and other entertainment.

I seriously cannot find any reason to complain about this place. It’s not Ritz, but even if the price was double I would have found it fair. As I mentioned before, the rooms were big and very clean. I believe continental breakfast was offered, but we woke up too late for it, so I can’t give any feedback about this. The indoors parking was plentiful and free. Also, I should probably mention that the hotel is only about 10 minutes away from MBTA Alewife Station. I don’t like driving in Boston, so this was one of the main reasons I choose this place.

The is a pool on the first floor, but we didn’t have time for it. Yet, it looked clean and like something you could definitely enjoy if you like swimming, or if you have kids.

Overall, a fabulous place for the price!
