“Yummy!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 15, 2012

Very tasty! Good variety. Everyone at my table loved what they got.
I judge all Asian restaurants by their chicken and mixed veggies. Their's was among the best.

“Consistently delish”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 8, 2012

If you like Thai food and live in the dc metro area- check them out. Don't be fooled by the subtle location or the incongruous decor- its all about the FOOD. Been there 8 or 9 times this summer- its been great every time.

“Great Thai food with a great setting!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 23, 2012 via mobile

The food here is delish! Nicely seasoned and when you ask for spicy they sure do know how to spice it up! We had the kapow, drunken noodles and some fried pork belly, all of which were mouthwatering! The portions here are a little smaller but it's still worth the money! :) one of my top 3 Thai places

“Good Spicy Food in an Attractive Setting”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 22, 2012

We live fairly close to Nava Thai and had been meaning to try it for a while. Now that we have, we've been back 3 times in two weeks! Our granddaughter (7 years) loves the Spring Rolls to the point she doesn't want to share. The Mussel Hot Pot appetizer is full of plump mussels with a very hot and spicy sauce on the side--ask for a glass of water before you try it! I've had a few of the rice noodle dishes and wish the noodles were thinner but the flavors were delicious and the waitress even asked if I wanted them "not too spicy". Other dishes, curry puffs, lemongrass soup, chicken panang, etc. have been excellent. The atmospere is nice--the tables are spaced so that you can talk easily, and there are chop sticks and condiments on each table. One wall contains a fireplace and a floor to ceiling wine rack. The drinks are good. I'm hooked on the Mai Thais but there is also a drink I see being served regularly in a cute little pitcher that I'm going to try soon. Hopefully very soon!
