I've stayed at this location over a dozen times. I asked for a smoking room was given a two double bed room that was horrible. Mattress was lumpy, staff was unpleasant.

I generally stay to accompany my mom to her medical appointments. Given the long history I have this location. I am hurt to have such a bad experience. Not sure if I will go back. Sent my comments to the General Manager, Ms. Liverpool and did not receive a response back.

We stayed at Hampton Inn Waldorf for two nights and found the staff very helpful. The rooms were clean and the complimentary breakfast was good-especially the waffles. The mattresses were comfortable, but tend to slide around too easily. The website says that safes are included, but this is a mistake, because the rooms have no safe. We enjoyed the convenience of having a refrigerator and microwave oven in the room. There are two very good restaurants right beside the Hampton Inn. I would definitely stay there again.

A very nice, clean property with a very friendly staff. When we checked in, we were offered an upgrade and our room was great! Breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful, although they could have emptied the trash before it was overflowing, but the breakfast area was full of people so not sure they could keep up. Wide range of breakfast items, very nice.

I will definitely be back to this property!
