The hotel itself is new but inferior service. First day checking in for a non smoking room but got the room on the floor which is half smoking and half non smoking! So we could smell the smoke right when we stepped out of the elevator. Next housekeeping, we didn't have our room clean until afternoon we saw the signs that they are not going to clean our room since we accidentally forgot to take out the sign. We were actually inside the room the whole time prior to the sign given, so five minutes after we saw the note, we walked out to the house keeper and then to the house keeper manager. She said since there were too many rooms checking out, they can only send fresh towels and amenities. This is so ridiculous. The priority is for cleaning rooms for those who have left the hotel. Yet the hotel is pretty empty, the parking space never filled up, not even 30%. Upon coming back no towels, no amenities, basically left our room uncleaned with nothing. Is this Hilton or motel? It would be one time stay and best just one night, you will find an appreciation with this hotel! Lastly there is a sign on pillows saying " Hilton garden inn satisfaction promise. We promise to do whatever it takes to ensure you're satisfied, or you don't pay. You can count on us. Guaranteed. " well all I can say just cleaning room like other hotels, this hotel still cannot achieve that! The weirdest service! Definitely will never return. There're plenty of other hotels available in the market which h offer better deal and qualities. The Hilton brand just fool me!
