Out of 15 reviews there are only two negatives ones. The rest are 4 and 5 stars. Therefore, I felt I must respond to the last one. Either BirthdayClub6 went on a very rare, off night or she is one of those people that cannot be pleased. (And she is from Hughesville where there isn't a restaurant even remotely as good as this one is.) We have been dining at this establishment since it's inception. (It is our favorite date place.) The food, service and entertainment have been very enjoyable and consistent. Cocktails are mixed with a deft hand. (The Manhattens are perfect!) The menu changes with the season and reflect what is currently available. The Swordfish is perfection. The Blue Grab Gnocchi is addicting! The day/night views of the Back Creek and marina and the night view of the Thomas Johnson bridge are as good as it gets. The weekend entertainment is always tasteful. If you just want to relax have an appetizer, cocktail and just enjoy the views and the music you can. If you want to have a nice conversation, you still can as the music is soft enough to enjoy both. The owner is there practically every night and is very attentive. (He makes it a point to try to visit each table to inquire about your visit.) The only bad thing I can say about this place is that we can't dine here every week. (Although we do come at least once or more a month.) Just in writing this review, I can't wait to go back. Judge for yourself! P.S. The costs are in line with all comparable dining establishments in this area and cheaper than Annapolis, Baltimore and DC. (With music and beautiful views included!)
