The first night we got there it was late. We had our son with us and he was going to stay on the bed couch. First mistake we opened it up and the sheets were all crumpled up and dirty. We called down to correct the problem and they said they would send security up since housekeeping was off duty already. We waited and had to call again the front desk forgot to tell someone to take care of the problem. They finally arrives a 1/2hr later.
Second we went to use the bathroom and the toilet over flowed.
There was also a wrestling tornement going on and a whole bunch of kids staying there what a nightmare that was! They were running up and down the halls pushing all the elevator buttons so it took me awhile to get where I wanted to go. I finally complained and they put do not run in hallway signs up all over.There was absolutly no supervision at all.
Third the next day my son had a huge bug bite on his arm from sleeping on the sofa couch.I usually enjoy staying at the hamptons but I am starting to quickly change my mind
We belong to the hilton honers and marriott rewards I think I will stick to marri0tts havent had a problem yet!!!!
The only thing that helped was that we called the # on the back of our hilton honers card and complained and was refuned a nights stay.

This was my first stay at a Hampton Inn and this one was very nice. Staff - very friendly and helpful. Pool area is something else with pool tables and games for the kids. The hotel is Very clean! Beds very comfortable. The windows do not open (I like to have the window open just a little). Very nice location. Would stay there again without hesitation.

The Hampton Inn in Salisbury Maryland was nice, clean and had a great bed. My daughter and I stayed there 4 days in May 06 and didnt have any complaints.

This hotel is a great place to stay. We spent the afternoon in Ocean City and wanted to finish the rest of the 4 hour drive home a day later, so we stayed here instead of in Ocean City for 2 to 3 times the price. It's only 30 minutes away. It's located right off Rte 50 on Rte 13. It's right near the mall with plenty of restaurants around. It's very clean, and very up to date. The wireless internet worked flawlessly. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There is also a game room. Breakfast is also very nice for a continental breakfast and well stocked. Rooms are large. We were 2 families travelling together - one of 4 and one of 5 people. We were able to get 2 rooms across the hall from each other. The cot for the other family was in the room aready when we checked in.
Really like the Hampton Inn chain. They have great hotels that are reasonably priced. The only thing I would like to see is that they upgrade to Queen size beds from the Doubles that they currently use.
