“One of our favorite "go-to" restauants”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 2, 2011

We probably eat here once a month or more, and are always warmly greeted. We've never been disappointed with the daily special entrees, udon soups, or excellent rolls. And they almost always surprise us with a complimentary dessert or appetizer, and *always* artfully presented!

“Excellent Value”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 28, 2010

Changing menu with all you can eat prices. Friendly, efficient service. Small cozy restaurant. Good sushi (not bland as stated in other review).

“Bland”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed March 25, 2010

I was disappointed. A friend and I tried some of the rolls and found them bland. The spicy tuna was not spicy, the Salisbury roll was nothing special and the Golden Eyes roll was also disappointing in flavor. The prices were cheap and unfortunately so was the quality. Except the all you can eat is $23 something but if you fail to finish your plate they charge you $1 per piece left. The decoration of the restaurant is very nice, but the atmosphere is lacking. The music was terrible and the place smelled like a chinese food take out place. Maybe their hibachi and teriyaki dishes are more flavorful, but I don't plan on finding out since the food I got did not sit well with my stomach.

“Great Sushi”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 14, 2009

There are always daily specials. The presentation and freshness make Sakura a must for sushi lovers.
