I would rate this restaurant as a 4.5 but given a choice between 4 and 5, I'd choose 5. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the inside is wonderfully decorated. We were welcomed warmly by the owner. The menu was reasonably priced. The food was a 4 on the 5 point scale. My wife thought it was a 5 but I thought the beef and chicken kabobs we had were a tad bland. That said, we definitely recommend this restaurant.
