I selected this hotel because of the overwhelmingly positive reviews, and I was not disappointed. This is one of the nicest and best-equipped-for-the-business-traveller hotel I have stayed at in many years, and one of the best in terms of value for money. When I arrived at around 10:00 a.m. -- WAY before checkin time -- The front desk clerk went out of his way to find me a room (one that ended up being nicer than the one I booked) and adjusted the rate to make it come out the same. Also, I was in town for some same day surgery, and needed to be picked up at the Metro station, needed to go to a doctor's appointment a few miles away, and then to the surgery center the following day, all of which was arranged by the hotel shuttle driver Jason, who could not have been more welcoming and helpful.
The fact that the lobby is beautiful, the room clean, well organized and well-equipped (plugs everywhere, both a physical and wireless network connection, etc. were just bonuses on top of everything else.
Would I stay here again? Hell yes. I might move in.
