Upon entering the hotel with the very impressive lobby we checked in and proceeded to our room.Upon entering a "supposedly" newly renovated room there was a musty odor.The wallpaper was peeling from the wall, dirty sheets with hair left behind on them, pillow cases that appeared to have not been changed, and also appeared to have been used. There was a make do curtain rod where curtains were suppose to go, but were without the curtains, only blinds The refrigerator had an unpleasant odor and appeared to be unkept. Without hesitation the lobby was notified and apologies were made, we then proceeded to another room which was not the best but acceptable if you're in a pinch.
