I suspect that most who stay at the Bolger Center do so for a conference. For that purpose, the accommodations, conference rooms and dining room are well-suited and well-priced. The most unique aspect is the dining room, which serves food in a buffet/cafeteria style. The food choices are pretty wide, but not gourmet food. This makes meals pretty fast, so that there is more time for the meetings. The rooms in the Osgood Building were like an average hotel and there was Wi-Fi. The location in Potomac is a little isolated, but that makes it suitable for retreat type meetings.
