I usually stay here and never really had a problem until my last visit. The inside is very nice, it has a zen type feel to it. They offer Starbucks products made to order. The rooms are comfy and great for a business traveler. They have an outdoor pool that is not heated.The parking is on a hill and cramped of you arrive late. Service has never been anything fantastic, but the last time- they charged my personal credit card (instead of my company) and it took a few days to get it back. The clerk was extremely rude, the one Manager never called me back. I explained to the clerk upon checkout that I was depending on that money to travel home and she didn't seem to care, I felt like I was bothering her from reading the morning paper. However, the GM did contact me I wrote to the website and corrected the problem and was very nice in listening. I haven't stayed since then.
