Me and my husband will be the word of mouth spokes person for the talbort inn in ocean city maryland . The room was all of it, it was clean , neat, very confortalbe and the clerk that took my resveration was also awesome is name was TRIPP, he was cool, right on point with all information, very knowledgeable about the area and the history of O.C. I am telling all my friends where to stay. TALBOT INN. I love the kitchen it was just right not to big, not to small just enough dishes. I HAD A BALL. Will return back soon

First off it is an almost perfect location! You are located right on an inlet bay with beautiful views and sceneary! Especially bayside offers terrific views but if you stay street side all you have to do is turn your head to see more amazing views. You are only a few minute walk away from the famous Ocean City beaches and right there at the Talbot Inn during your stay offers you plenty of activities to choose from. You can deep sea fish, bay fish, or go on many of their wonderful cruises. They have a bar and grille with great entertainment and food right on location and if you have more of a family-oriented vacation they also tailor some of the boat rides for kids specifically! The customer service is great...anything from speaking to the managers, to the fron desk employees, to housekeeping who does great at cleaning and refreshing rooms as preferred! Even the prices are reasonable! I would reccomend the Talbot Inn as a stay for anybody or any family!

Stayed at talbot inn for first time on cruise in weekend in oct 2011. Was a little worried that they didn't have updated credit card equipment. Rightfully so. This was the only time that year I used this card and the next day after checking out my card number was used on a dating website. Visa caught it right away and froze account because I was married and 50 years old. Will never return. If you stay here check your credit card bills closely.

Talbot Inn is incredibly close to the Boardwalk and other great spots in OC. It is close to the Coastal Highway, for easy travel throughout OC, and close to the 50 bridge. We had a bayside room and it was great. The view was spectacular, and there was a band 2 of the 3 nights that we were there, but the noise level wasn't bad at all, and the band ended at a decent time. It is great to be so close to the boardwalk, great places to eat and of course the beach. The only negative aspect of our stay was that it was on the 3rd floor and no elevator. I had been concerned prior to leaving about bed bugs, since someone had previously reported it, but we checked our room thoroughly and it was very clean. The housekeeper was exceptionally pleasant and offered to be of any help that she could. Overall, it definitely enhanced our beach weekend and we will be returning to the Talbot in the future.
