reserved a king ocean front room. was told they gave it to someone else.
construction on roof at 7am, drilling hammering sawing. we were on the top floor. unhappy.
tv did not work. cable not put in tv or wall. tv also not plugged in to back of tv [ problem since it was installed on the wall] or the wall. i helped the maintenance guy fix the tv and reprogram it. room heat was set and running at 81 degrees when we go in the room. doesnt seem economical to me. in the restaurant, the miller lite bottles expired in dec of 2012. hotel manager credited us $$ on 2 nights of our stay.
our friends room had no hot water, replaced water heater, staples on the floor, and the heat did not work correctly. they got a night free discount.
