“my kids attend their Park & rec events”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 3, 2013

Living a few minutes from OC, we often sign-up and attend events at Northside park. The Park and Rec has a nice list of programs and events and do a good job. The park is nice and clean and I would definitely recommend their winter lights event for the whole family (try to come on a weeknight or early if possible).

“Holiday lights”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 3, 2013

Went on December 30 after most of the crowds are done that. So no wait. Kids 11 and under are free. Its a 12 min tram ride. Bring the blanket sit on since the seats are super cold. Cute ride for the kids.

“Winterfest of lights”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 2, 2013 via mobile

went for the light display over our new years trip to oc. Beautiful displays and only $5 a person. It wasn't very crowded and lasted about 15 minutes. It was just my boyfriend and I but the kids that were on the train seemed to.be loving it. Would be happy to go back next year as well.
