Ok,
We don't booked this hotel. In fact, we are on the road, from DC Dulles, to NJ, in a very cold night, around midnight and the road began to freeze. The windshield wiper couldn't do their job cos the increasing ice cover.
We decide to stop at the last rest area at I95 and check it out the near hotels, found Comfort Inn, pick up the phone and check for availability. That said we drove few miles up the hotel.
We must to say thanks for the young lady at the from desk, who help us since we point it out that we have a 3 nights reservation (and prior paid) for Comfort Inn at New Jersey but will cannot be able to get there on the middle of the icy night. Even knowing we've made the reservation by th Expedia, she promptly got the phone and call to New Jersey and to Expedia, in order to try to change one of the nights.
Yes, she did. After some minutes and several calls, she did. We cannot need to pay extra nights.
The hotel are very well positioned, close to I95, midway from DC and NY, very clean, large rooms, good towels, beds and so on. A good, silent and calm sleep night. After that, next day, a perfect continental Breakfast, batteries recharged, warm temperatures and a pleasure end of travel with safe until NJ.
We really would to say Thanks to the Hotel staff that made a significant job on help us and gave us a very care and kindly treatment . And , believe us it does made all the difference on a good service.
