My husband and I just returned from a weekend at Wades's Point. We have been coming here for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. We have stayed in the main house, the farmhouse (rented the whole place last summer for our 20th Anniversary) and the Mildred Kemp building. Betsy and her daughter and the entire staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful. We have always felt we have the run of the house and are able to accomodate things to our needs. The breakfasts are delicious - more than one can eat. Stawberry lemonade and cookies were laid out one afternoon if one wanted a light snack. The rooms are spotless and the views spectacular. You feel you are transported back a century with all the peace and quiet associated with it. We do a lot of traveling, but always come back to Wade's Point when we need to unwind. This is a place not to miss.
