Together with my wife and son stayed at this hotel recently and were very impressed at the management of the whole stay...from cleanliness of the room to the breakfast. After just coming from a downtown hotel in Baltimore this place so refreshing....and was very impressed with the management attitude towards the stink bug...read the note on the window when you get to this hotel...you will be pleasantly surprised.

Stayed here after flying from BWI. Room was decent, staff very nice. They had laundry facilities which was nice, but there were lots of people using them- could have used a few more washers/dryers. I had asked about parking here while we were away- had to take the car next door to the fairfield, which is part of their chain, but it was only $5 per day. Shuttle service was fine, although one of the drivers wasn't super-friendly. Front desk staff was really terrific. They didn't have ice makers on the floors, but we needed ice for a sprained ankle and they got it for us and offered to bring more to us if we needed. Fridge in room- we didn't use it, but might have been convenient if we'd been staying longer.

I was at BWI on business for just one night and the hotel where I had a reservation was oversold and they put me up here. I travel frequently and have to rate this as just about the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. A partial list of reasons:
The A/C in the room could not be set lower than 68, which may be fine for many people but is too warm for me. Two requests to the front desk did nothing to fix this. (Without exception, other hotels have been able to lower preset temps for me).
Ants crawling on the walls of the bedroom near the thermostat & all over the table, no wonder as it had crumbs and dried old food on it.
The glasses in the cupboard had actual long silver human hair stuck to them.
The bathroom: rusty stains, mold, no trash can, just all around gross.
The carpet throughout felt almost damp to the touch.
Sleeper sofa in the living room was partially lifted and could not be budged.
Bulbs burnt out in bedside lamp.
No trashcans had liners.
Was told the airport shuttle "left on the half hour" which in my mind means 6:00, 6:30 etc. Apparently not, it is 20 past and 10 of.
Breakfast tables sticky and crumb covered at 6:00 am when breakfast starts?
It was late, I had an early flight the next day, all other hotels in the area were fully booked or I would have left immediately. In hindsight camping out at the airport may have been preferable.

The rooms here are rather compact but very nicely laid out to provide all the necessities for a longer stay including a kitchenette. The staff was helpful and the included breakfast that was offered each morning was excellent and a step above what one normally get at other hotels. Weekday evenings there was a reception that included two drinks and enough food that one could do without any additional dinner. The only downside was that the hearty breakfast and reception apparently has made this hotel very popular with construction crews which led to difficult parking as the small lot was filled with large construction vehicles many of which were pulling trailers. Further, the breakfast and reception were packed with construction workers in their work closes many using colorful language making it a little in appropriate for business or family.
