I have stayed here many times last year. I immediately noticed a change upon checking in. No Recoginition for IHG Platinum Status and they had issue checking me in. It is funny when the Front desk person says "I really don't work here." Instills Confidence. He stopped helping me to fix another guest's room issue.
The room had hair on the bathroom floor and tub. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast food was bad and there were no lids for the to go cups (which have been dramatically down sized). Which meant a stop at 7 Eleven for coffee to take to work.
My final goodbye was the housekeeper who hit all the buttons up on the elevator, who got off when I got on and I had to ride for the entire trip.
I could tell the management had changed and the front desk confirmed it. The service issues were described and the front desk was phased.
