Stayed here 2 nights over a weekend. Hotel was full of a couple hundred troops checking in just getting back from Afghanistan, so I had a big wait to check in, but no way was I going to budge in front of uniformed troops. Lobby was unimpressive, but the bar and restaurant were pretty good. Talking with Yulia at the bar was good times. Rooms were clean and standard for Hilton. Be advised no bathtubs, but the glass shower was a nice touch. Didn't get upgraded to executive floor as a gold elite, but did get free wifi (slow) and free breakfast coupons. Unfortunately, can't comment on breakfast because both mornings I had to leave the hotel before the restaurant opened for breakfast at 7:00 am. Overall decent Hilton near the airport. Would stay again next time I need to be near bwi.

Wall tile in the bathroom fell down and needed to be repaired under the sink in the bathroom. The second time around I just didn't call. There was a layer of dust on the desk and small end-table near the large window. This needs to be dusted with the shades open to see the dust. At least twice a week. Over all this is great hotel. The staff was great and friendly at check-in and out. The restaurant downstairs was a little pricey and we decided to go out for break feast. This was not my idea of a fall in love week-end. All and all this is a great place for a get-away. The shuttle driver was great, and helped us plan our day. The gym was great and helped me to think. Thank You Once again for a Great week-end. Kudos to Pam Sharpe and staff for another great visit to the Hilton BWI. I have never had a more pleasant stay at any other hotel. A friendly, caring staff makes all the difference in the world and these folks have nailed it. Would I recommend this hotel to a friend? I already have and have no problems doing it again. As I have said before, I could never stay at another hotel in the area as I'm afraid it would be a let down. Don't take chances, stay at the Hilton BWI and you can tell them Larry sent you. My daughter and I had a very early flight and wanted to spend the night close to the airport. We checked in fairly late, and left at 4:30AM. Everyone was very helpful and the fact that we could leave the car parked in their lot made this hotel a good choice.
